2034 - A NOVEL OF THE NEXT WORLD WAR

Yes, it is not far away. 

2034 is just a front yard year that you would step on in no longer than a jiffy.  The Chinese cripple a naval squadron in the South China Sea. The Iranians take an F-35 pilot hostage. World war breaks out across the planet - Washington, Beijing, Isfahan, Bandar Abbas, Strait of Hormuz, Yokosuka, and New Delhi - the world war rages like a rogue wildfire caught in a devil's breath wind. 

Then, the United Nations is shifted to Mumbai from New York as an Indian diplomat prudently de-escalates the war and negotiates peace. 

Who wins this devastating war of our times, folks? Well, the famed author from the last century, Willam Faulkner once said - victory is an illusion of philosophers and fools.
