75th Organic Farmers' Market

The whole week at the farm has been a summertime spent on tamarind. Getting them off the trees, drying them on a sheet, protecting them from the soil as they lose the shell, cracking them open, removing their seeds, and setting them for easy use in the kitchen are a chain of work in progress.

Meanwhile, the market is 75. Not that we care for numbers, but numbers do matter.
