Dry summer, punishing heat, and long hours of evapotranspiration. But suddenly the leaves are at their healthiest green on the farm. Probably because most plants are bearing tons of fruits and they need a constant supply of starch, they are heavily investing in larger, greener, and more functional leaves that can capture more sun per leaf.

Yes. Now the market is 79. Tomorrow, Sunday at 9 AM, fruits will begin bouncing on the shelf along with a variety of greens and vegetables.
