In the middle of May with the grey clouds, pouring rains and flooded farm soil, a few Jamun trees, and the Roxburgh fig trees have begun to bloom despite the gloom. The flowers and fruits are so outstanding that the farm looks bright and cheerful.
The custard apples are not far. Blackberries are lining up.
The peanut butter fruits are already pink. A whole new range of fruits is yearning to fall into the basket of harvest.
Come what may, drought or flood, an organic farm is a breeding ground for cheerleaders.
