Sandhya lectured commerce for decades. Shekhar managed and audited banks. They are a couple powered by skills in commerce. And their retirement passion is backyard farming and mushroom growing.
Sandhya and Shekhar once held a mushroom growing workshop at the Farmer's House. They now have experimented with recipes and have come out with a delicious form of organic mushroom curry. And they use homegrown oyster mushrooms.
Come Friday, the guest chef couple will show how to make organic oyster mushroom curry. And they will serve it with freshly cooked rice.
