Incubating plants is an unending excitement in a farmer's life. Here are pumpkin seeds, rising their hood of infant foliage. Soon they will spread half an acre and produce fruits that look like scattered dinosaur eggs.

For now, we are scrambling around to gather what's left alive in the rain. Yet, the midweek mini market is growing in variety and community support. Greens, vegetables, and fruits will be there. Peeled jackfruits will also be there. And yes, the star of the midweek mini market, little Anushka will be there.

We assemble at 8 in the morning.
