MIDWEEK MINI MARKET - 28

Even as we harvest for the midweek mini market, Anubhav, our insect conservation expert, is at work at the farm, watching the critters and recording them. Last time around, he found a species that had not been reported for over 100 years in south India. This time, he mentioned that he found some very rare Assassin Bugs. That's a work in progress.

We assemble in the morning tomorrow at 8 AM with what we have for the midweek. Lots of purple figs for sure.
